This Peugeot 304 Cabriolet is in for restoration of the body shell. It has had a fair amount of work done previously, including welding, new rear wheel arch fabrication and initial primer. Unfortunately, the standard of work was some way short of what is required – the rear wheel arches are the wrong shape, the rear quarter panels have no hole to allow the rear bumper to be mounted and there are craters all over the car that have been filled and disguised. A real shame to see this kind of workmanship, but we are happy to be putting it right and we’ll be redoing some of the welding, sorting out the rear arches and quarters and bringing it right up to standard including priming and painting. Looking forward to getting another one of these back on the road.
